Privacy Policy for Next Chapter Love

Veyjarry Raisin Development Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") provides the smartphone application Next Chapter Love (the "app"). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
1. Data stays on your device
All information you enter in the app, including profiles, readings, choices, check-ins, chapters, and notes, is stored only on your device. This version of the app has no account system, no server, and no cloud backup.
2. Information the app may store locally
The app may store the following information locally on your device when you choose to enter or create it:
- Nicknames or labels that you enter for reflection purposes.
- Reading inputs, selected paths, check-ins, chapter progress, and notes.
- App settings, reminder settings, and privacy lock preference.
- Export files that you choose to create from the app.
This information is not sent to us or to a third-party server by the app.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect or request your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, SMS, call history, GPS location, social media accounts, or information about another person beyond labels that you choose to enter locally.
4. No analytics, advertising, AI services, or third-party SDK data sharing
This version of the app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, AI services, Firebase, or a remote API service. Your app data is not shared with us or with third parties for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. Notification text is designed not to include names or the content of your private records. You can change notification permissions in the app or in your device settings.
6. Privacy lock
If you enable the privacy lock, the app asks your device's own screen lock or biometric confirmation to verify access. The app does not receive, store, or transmit biometric data.
7. Data export
You can export your data as a JSON file. The export may contain your personal relationship records in readable form. Please store exported files carefully. Exports do not include purchase receipts or device identifiers.
8. Deleting your data
You can delete your records using the "Delete all data" function in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes app data from your device, subject to your device and operating system backup settings.
9. Purchases
If optional paid features are offered in the future, purchases will be processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your credit card number or other payment credentials.
10. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
